Due to the custom nature of our embroidery products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
All items are made to order and personalized to your specifications. This means that once your order is placed, we begin the embroidery process immediately. As a result, we cannot resell or reuse the item if it is returned.
We understand that this policy may be inconvenient, but we believe it is necessary to ensure the quality and uniqueness of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please take care when placing your order.
Exceptions
We will only accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.
Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.
